Our Grading System
Every pallet that leaves our Sunnyvale facility has been hand-inspected and graded using our transparent three-tier system. You always know exactly what you are getting.
Grade A
Like New
Pallets that have been used once or twice. Minimal cosmetic wear, no broken boards, full structural integrity. Ideal for retail-facing shipments and automated systems.
Grade B
Good Condition
Pallets showing normal signs of use — slight discoloration, minor scuffing. All boards intact and load-bearing capacity fully maintained. Our most popular option for general warehousing.
Grade C
Economy
Functional pallets with visible wear. May have repaired boards or staining. Perfect for single-use shipping, one-way export, or internal warehouse use where appearance is secondary.
Custom Pallet Solutions
Standard sizes do not fit every operation. GreenCycle Pallets builds custom pallets to your exact dimensions, weight capacities, and material specifications. Whether you need an unusually shaped pallet for a specialized product or a reinforced design for extreme loads, our Sunnyvale workshop can deliver.
