Sorting and Inspection
Every pallet is inspected and sorted by size, type, and condition at our processing facility. Our trained team uses a standardized grading system to determine whether each pallet should be resold as-is, repaired, or broken down for lumber recovery.
Repair and Reconditioning
Damaged pallets that meet our repair criteria are restored by skilled technicians using pneumatic tools and quality lumber. Each repaired pallet undergoes a five-point quality check to ensure it meets NWPCA standards and is ready for reuse in demanding supply chains.
Quality Assurance and Grading
All pallets, whether repaired or sorted as reusable, pass through our quality assurance process before they are cleared for sale. We grade every unit according to industry standards and apply ISPM-15 heat treatment stamps when required for export compliance.

How quickly can I get a quote?
Most quotes are delivered within a few hours of your request. For straightforward orders we can often provide pricing on the same call or email. Complex or high-volume requests may take up to one business day so we can give you the most accurate estimate.
What areas do you serve?
GreenCycle Pallets operates across California, Nevada, Arizona, Oregon, and Washington. Our primary hub is in Sunnyvale, CA, with additional processing facilities in Southern California and the Pacific Northwest. We offer same-day and next-day delivery throughout the Bay Area and scheduled service to all five states.
Do you buy pallets as well as sell them?
Absolutely. We purchase used pallets of all types, sizes, and conditions. If you have pallets accumulating at your facility, contact us for a pickup quote. We will send a truck to collect them from your dock and pay you based on quantity and condition. It is a great way to reclaim warehouse space and generate extra revenue.
What pallet grades do you offer?
We grade pallets as A, B, or C. Grade A pallets are in like-new condition with no broken boards. Grade B pallets are structurally sound with minor cosmetic wear. Grade C pallets are functional and suitable for one-way shipping or lighter loads. Every pallet is inspected before grading, so you know exactly what you are receiving.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no strict minimum for buying or selling pallets. However, delivery fees are most cost-effective on orders of 50 pallets or more. For smaller quantities we can arrange pickup at our Sunnyvale facility or discuss shared delivery routes. We are happy to work with businesses of all sizes.
Can you provide ISPM-15 heat-treated pallets for export?
Yes. GreenCycle operates certified heat treatment chambers and can supply ISPM-15 stamped pallets for international shipping. Heat-treated pallets meet the phytosanitary requirements of over 180 countries, so your shipments clear customs without delay. We can heat-treat pallets from our inventory or process your existing pallets on request.
