One of our pallet specialists visits your Sunnyvale-area facility at no charge. We inspect, count, and grade the pallets, then present a transparent offer based on current market rates. There is no obligation—if the number does not work for you, we part as friends.
Pickup & Payment
Accept our offer and we schedule a pickup at your convenience. Our trucks arrive on time, load efficiently, and leave your dock clean. Payment is issued within 7 business days by check or ACH—whichever you prefer.

Condition & Grade
Pallets in A-grade condition—structurally sound with minimal cosmetic wear—earn top dollar. B-grade and repairable pallets are still valuable; even broken pallets have recycling value.
Volume & Frequency
Larger quantities and recurring pickups enable us to offer premium per-pallet rates. Businesses generating 200+ pallets per month qualify for our preferred supplier program.
Location & Accessibility
Pickups within the San Francisco Bay Area are included at no extra charge. Locations further into California or southern New Hampshire may involve a small logistics surcharge, which we disclose upfront.
