Our Sunnyvale Warehouse
Over 25,000 square feet of organized pallet inventory in our NW Industrial Way facility. Thousands of pallets sorted by size, grade, and type — ready for same-day pickup or delivery.
Pallet Repair Workshop
Our skilled technicians inspect and repair hundreds of pallets daily. Broken boards are replaced, nails are re-driven, and every pallet is tested before being cleared for resale.
Recycling Process
Pallets beyond repair are dismantled and sorted. Usable lumber is repurposed for repairs, and remaining wood is processed into mulch, animal bedding, or biomass fuel — nothing goes to landfill.
Delivery Fleet
Our fleet of flatbed trucks and stake beds delivers pallets across the San Francisco Bay Area area and throughout the Bay Area. Same-day and next-day delivery available.
Custom Pallets
From non-standard dimensions to specialized load requirements, our custom pallet shop builds to your exact specifications. Each custom order is designed and assembled in-house.
Heat Treatment Facility
Our ISPM-15 certified heat treatment chamber processes pallets for international export compliance. Pallets are heated to 56°C core temperature for 30 minutes and stamped with the IPPC mark.
Before & After Repairs
The transformation is remarkable. Damaged pallets with broken stringers, split deck boards, and missing components are restored to full working condition by our experienced repair crew.
Stacked Inventory
