GreenCycle Pallets (pallets-used.com) is a referral service. We take quote requests from people and businesses who want to buy, sell, recycle, or arrange pickup or delivery of used pallets, and pass them to partner suppliers in our network who prepare the quotes. We do not sell or deliver pallets ourselves.
2. Information We Collect
Quote Request Form
When you send a quote request, the form collects your first and last name, email address, phone number, company (optional), city, state or province, ZIP or postal code, pallet quantity, product type, service, grade, your message, and the address of the page you sent it from.
Emails
If you email [email protected], we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Technical Information
Like most websites, our hosting provider processes standard technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
3. How We Use and Share Your Information
Quote requests are sent to the 1DB lead platform, which routes them to partner suppliers in our network so they can contact you and prepare a quote. A partner supplier that receives your request uses your details to respond to it and handles any order directly with you under its own terms and privacy practices.
We use your information only to handle your request, answer your messages, keep basic records, and protect the site from spam and abuse. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
We may disclose information when the law requires it.
4. Analytics and Cookies
This site uses cookieless PostHog analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It sets no advertising cookies.
5. Data Retention
We keep quote requests and messages for as long as needed to handle them and to keep reasonable business records, and then delete them. Partner suppliers that received your request keep it according to their own policies.
6. Your Choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you sent us by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law.
7. Children
This site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
